About our Speakers:
Calvin Weekes: For the past five years Calvin has been a Senior IT Specialist with the Techline organization. In this capacity he was responsible for providing pre-sales technical support to IBM Rational customers and business partners. In this role he used his industry, technical, and product knowledge to respond to customer request for information (RFI) and participated in technical presentations and customer demonstrations. The last two years Calvin served as the team lead for the Rational Techline sizing team. He provided middleware server sizing for several Rational products including Team Concert, Quality Manger and Requirements Composer. Prior to joining Techline Calvin worked as a Technical Trainer and Quality Assurance Consultant for the Rational Suite of tools for 15 years.
Kathi Lafser: Kathi Lafser came to IBM as part to the Telelogic acquisition and, in this capacity, has 10+ years experience with using software to solve business problems, with a heavy focus on requirements and change management. Prior to joining Telelogic in 2006, Kathi work for Abbott Laboratories and had oversight responsibility for the Systems Development Lifecycle Process for an enterprise solution that was globally implemented. Her strength is in listening to the business problem, finding a solution that works within the confines for a given organization, and working to get that solution implemented.
